My wife had struggles breastfeeding our two children (especially our first-born), and it required a lot of emotional support from me. Once everything started working well with the feedings, I took on the role of baby-changer/getter overnight to support her. Basically, when our baby would wake up during the night to feed, I'd go get her and change her diaper. I'd bring her to our bed for my wife to feed, and then I could go back to sleep. We found this to be a very fair and helpful way to deal with the night feedings, and we'll get to try it out again when Baby #3 arrives in a few months! I think this article is fantastic and so true!
