In this video I review a great book called, The Element, by Sir Ken Robinson. The book is entirely focused on how helping a child find their true passions in life, or as Ken Robinson calls it, The Element, can change the course of a child’s life. And he proves it in this great book that not only outlines the stories of hundreds of successful people who became successful by finding their true Element, but also digs deeper into the process of what to do once you find it. The Element is a great read, and inspiring for all parents who believe that one of their most important jobs is to help their children find their true calling.
